This vintage pillow uses a combination of embroidery and applique to create some lovely1930's style roses. There are a couple of tiny spots where the pink applique is peeking out from the embroidery and there are a couple of water marks. I have not soaked it as I prefer it just the way it is, without taking the risk of further disturbing the embroidery. But truly a lovely piece.
